A survey of the site to support a proposed development, architectural and engineering design. This survey includes locating structures and features, levels, trees, walls, fencing, etc, to meet the requirements of DA, CDC, architects or engineers scope depending on the purpose of the development. The site boundaries are surveyed by connecting to marks on subject and adjoining plans from NSW Land Registry Services records, together with any easements, this plan is signed by a registered surveyor as a boundary survey has been made. The plan is usually issued on an A1 PDF with supporting AutoCAD DWG file and site photos.
