A proposed Plan of Torrens Subdivision is a plan prepared by a registered surveyor showing the base boundaries from NSW Land Registry Services records, with any existing easements, and the proposed boundary configuration with bearings, distances and areas for the proposed lots. This is useful in supporting DA or CDC applications for Torrens title subdivision approval, or even off the plan sales contracts.
